Answers

  1. When is the best time to introduce IAM to our new construction project?

The sooner IAM is involved, the higher return on investment you will receive on your project. IAM provides feedback on location selection, layout, attraction mix, and vendor selections.

  2. What if I want to sell my park?

IAM can provide turnaround services for existing operations to increase profits before you sell your business. IAM will assist owners in marketing your business to investors.

  3. How are park employees handled?

IAM is flexible and finds a solution that fits every customer's need. IAM has the ability to hire all employees and handle all benefit, insurance, and recruiting.

  4. What happens to existing employees?

IAM will evaluate all existing employees and give the owners honest feedback about the operation. Our first goal will be to elevate the performance of existing employees while filling gaps with industry experts to increase efficiency and satisfaction.

  5. Why are you more successful than running a park with my own team?

IAM has over 100 years' experience in running first class operations. IAM foundation was built through mutual experience running operations at Walt Disney World Resort® in Orlando. We have taken that training and experience and modified for small to medium range amusement and water park operations.
